Opened in the 1950s, Hospes Palacio Marical & Spa hotel in on Mallorca’s seafront. It comprises two buildings, one is an ancient palace and the other is a modern annex boasting avant-garde Majorcan architecture.
One of the hotel’s biggest assets is its gorgeous infinity pool with a large solarium right by the sea and there is also a luxurious spa where massages, wellness treatments and hair salon services are delivered under stone arches and with a view of the sea. The spa is equipped with sauna, hammam, jacuzzi and both outdoor and indoor pools.
In the morning breakfast is not to be missed, offering a gastronomic feast that has even been awarded ‘Best Breakfast in the World’. Then guests can dine on a splendid terrace overlooking the sea at the hotel’s Maricel Restaurant, where exquisite gourmet dishes are paired with fine wines from the Balearic Islands, or enjoy tasty snacks and light lunches poolside at the pool bar space.
The Lounge & Cocktail Bar is a great spot for a pre-dinner aperitif or a nightcap to the sound of fantastic live jazz sessions taking place on Thursdays.

Rooms are spread between the palace and the modern wing Natura, and draw inspiration from the Mediterranean setting, with a chic mix of stone walls, wooden flooring and contemporary art pieces. All are equipped with an outdoor pool and the majority boast beautiful views over the sea or the mountains. Bathrooms are spacious and stocked with exclusive toiletries.

Hospes Palacio Marical & Spa is well located in the residential district of Cas Català on the island of Mallorca, with direct access to the beach. Palma, with its beautiful cathedral and shopping-mecca Jaime III, is a 10-minute drive away. The airport is roughly 20 km from the hotel.
